Before every new member asks me this: If the time isn't showing up correctly for you check 2 things:

Go to the user control Panel. Then go to Board Preferences. Then check the timezone setting.

If that isn't it, the check the field below that called "Summer Time/DST is in effect:". The forum doesn't automatically change for daylight savings, you need to click that yourself.
